My work is rooted in Intuitive Eating, HAES and the non-diet approach. My goal is to find out what is important to you, and how we can work towards that. I will help you to break free from diet culture, learn to trust your internal signals, listen to your sensations of hunger and fullness, and experience the pleasure food brings. We work together to embrace a holistic approach to well-being.
Through discussions and practical exercises, you would learn to challenge societal norms, dismantle the diet mentality, and cultivate a balanced and sustainable relationship with food. I hope to empower you to take control of your well-being without the restrictions of traditional dieting.
